It wasn't a business plan; it was an obsession. Meraki started as a small coffee workshop in the home of Brijesh Bachkaniwala, an engineer who traded blueprints for brew prints.
What began as intimate evening sessions with friends quickly turned into a movement. We realized Surat didn't just need another cafe; it needed a sanctuary for serious coffee lovers. A place where "Manual Brews" like V60 and Aeropress weren't just fancy words, but a daily ritual.
Staying true to our roots, we are a proud 100% Vegetarian artisanal house. The name 'Meraki' (Greek) means to leave a piece of your soul in your work—and that is exactly what you taste in every sip of our Hazelnut Hot Chocolate and Pour-overs.
